HR is incapable of change, the only people who can change HR is CEO's, COO's and corporate boards and they're afraid of forcing HR to change because it's 90% female and they're afraid of being called misogynist. They shouldn't be afraid though cause HR discriminates in HR and HR needs to change.

Well put but a paradox that can't be solved unless organisations develop a soul.
